By creating an account or purchasing access to AI Hustle Launch Pro (the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
AI Hustle Launch Pro provides a 7-module business-building course delivered through a native web and mobile application, along with optional add-ons including an AI content agent, community membership, and coaching services.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Accounts are for individual use and may not be shared or transferred.
Course access is offered at tiered pricing (currently Founding Member $107, Standard $197, Pro $297, and VIP $497). Subscription add-ons such as AI Agent access, community membership, or coaching are billed as described at checkout. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the course content for your own business education. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, or create derivative products from the course materials without our written permission.
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.
All course content, worksheets, branding, and platform software are the property of AI Hustle Launch Pro, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The Platform is educational in nature. We do not guarantee any specific income, business outcome, or result. See our Earnings Disclosure for more detail.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Hustle Launch Pro, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform for violation of these Terms, including prohibited conduct described above.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
